WORKFORCE & SKILLS AUTONOMY Community-Driven Municipal Model SKILLS CONNECTED TO REAL WORK Workforce and Skills Autonomy connects training to the actual work required across CDMM. Housing, water, groceries, healthcare, transportation, energy and communications all depend on skilled people. CAPACITY ALREADY EXISTS Communities also contain lived experience, informal knowledge and abilities that barriers can leave unused. Stable housing, mobility and opportunity can help that capacity become visible and active. A LONG-TERM WORKFORCE Training completion, placement, retention, safety, wage quality and employer demand must be measured. The goal is durable capability that grows with local projects and remains in the community.
